The Game Boy Player is an add-on module for the Nintendo GameCube which allows it to play Game Boy, Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance cartridges. The module sits underneath the GameCube and connects to the parallel port. A separate "Game Boy Player" software disk is supplied to operate the module. The Game Boy cartridges fit into the front of the module and the software disk is run to emulate the Game Boy games on the GameCube.
This exhibit is not boxed but does include the "Game Boy Player" software in it's original case.
